The Black
Horse Music Festival cannot be held responsible if any of the acts advertised
cannot perform (due to ill health, legal or any other reason) and have to be
substituted.
At this
time all artists mentioned are looking forward to playing at The Black Horse
Music Festival 2009. We are sorry but any recording of any aspect of the
festival either photographic, film, video, sound or any other is not permitted
without the prior written consent of the festival.
Please note
that by entering the festival sites you are giving permission for yourselves to
be recorded (photographic, film, video, sound or any other) for possible
broadcast or publication. You enter The Black Horse Music Festival at your own
risk.
The Car
park is free and in using the carpark you accept that The Black Horse Music
Festival cannot be held responsible in any way for your selves, your property
or your vehicles. You use the carpark at your own risk.
On entering
the Black Horse Music Festival you accept that The Black Horse Music Festival
cannot be held responsible in any way for your selves or your property. The
Black Horse Music Festival reserves the right to refuse permission of entry to
anyone at anytime.
Guide Dogs
are the only animals allowed access to The Black Horse Music Festival. Children
(12 and under) are allowed to enter The Black Horse Music Festival's afternoon
sessions Free Of Charge when accompanied by a responsible adult.
